Google have just announced the release of the Google+ Sign-In functionality, something which networks such as Twitter & Facebook have been doing for some time now.
As well as providing a really fast way for a user to sign in or register with a service, these sign in options also allow apps to gather data from your existing profile, preventing the need to fill it in manually. Below shows the a mock up of the Google+ sign in button.
