- Head to business.facebook.com and ensure you're in the account you wish to share access with
- Select the 'Settings' link located at the bottom left of the screen
- Select the 'People tab' and enter the email 'james@3manfactory.co.uk' followed by the 'Next' button
- Select 'Admin' as the business role followed by the 'Next' button
- From the business assets dropdown please make sure the accounts you wish to share are selected, you can select Facebook Pages, Facebook Ad accounts and Instagram accounts here.
- On the next screen, you'll be able to review the permissions you're granting, if you're happy with everything select 'Send Request'
✅ The reason we ask for 'admin' access for an individual at page level rather than for our agency via Business Suite is that connecting applications for managing social media platforms to Facebook Pages requires page-level admin permissions.
